Remo & Mario
Two brothers, among the leading figures of Italian cuisine
Brothers, born in ’82 and ’85, originally from Apulia. They moved to Milan at a young age to follow their passion for cooking.
They joined the brigades of important restaurants, working alongside chef Andrea Berton, Carlo Cracco, and Enrico Crippa. Since 2010, they have been close collaborators of Enrico Bartolini, celebrating with him the return of 3 Michelin stars to Milan in 2019.


Complementary and cohesive, with a more rational and pragmatic vision, Remo, and a more outgoing and creative outlook Mario, are united by their love for cooking and their constant desire to challenge themselves and improve.
A long journey sprinkled with commitment, enthusiasm, desire, and “stars” which has now brought them to Milan, to an attic, to a symbolic place in the city, Piazza Duomo which already hosts some talents of Italian gastronomy.
In November 2023, only 10 months after opening, Michelin Guide Italy awarded Verso two stars at once. In November 2024, the Michelin Guide Italy confirmed the two stars.
